Bacardí® 8 Year Old Premium Golden Rum has been specially crafted using selected barrel-aged rums ranging from eight to nine years old. Bacardi Rums benefit from the expertise of master blenders who oversee the aging and blending process to create expressions of unparalleled consistency. There’s a reason for that – after the Bacardi family fled Cuba they have moved their operations in other countries such as Puerto Rico and Mexico (where they were already operating for a while) because of the better tariffs in trading with the US. Notes of dried stone fruits (prune with hints of black cherry) with oak and maple shining through alongside vanilla, caramel, toffee, butterscotch and spices.
